As speakers, you've got an inherent responsibility to your audience. Although you desire to generate income and even though you have the honor to speak and guide everyone in the audience to make decisions for their futures, you should honor that position of authority. After I suggest you honor them, I have devised 3 ways to respect that position that avoid breaking your integrity and avoid greed on your part. The 3 ways that I suggest you present to the target audience come after you stop doing what you have been doing or may consider doing, you have to stop selling!

Selling the crowd products ruins the future relationships with them. Yes, I wish to be profitable. Yes, I wish for you to be fairly, yet highly compensated for your time and energy, energy and knowledge. The best way to do that, be compensated and be profitable is simply by doing the 3 things I refer to as AME! AME is an acronym describing things i say is these most crucial pieces to great stage presence. Those three pieces are:

1) Add Value.

Value can be a word that has multiple meanings, therefore, it is best should you address it with multiple definitions for your audience. It is advisable to add value by delivering great content that makes or can make the audience members life more financially or emotionally valuable if they so something with your suggestions. Furthermore, I wish to have one to add value by giving them information to take notes in order to give them information as handouts or notebooks or other supplementary items. Additionally, check to see if what you really are providing them with so far as content helps to make the person employing you to communicate look fabulous for having brought you to them and their organization.

Value must encompass a variety of subsets. Therefore, along the way through your presentation materials, check off a list of the following suggestions. See if your presentation add value by looking into making them laugh, cry, or think about something in their own personal life. See if you've created a sense of belonging or connection to the audience. Find out if you've developed a a feeling of respect and community with the organization that brought you in. Check if you inspired the viewers to do this to produce their life better in the home, work, or play. Find out if the organization will be able to observe that you added value for their audience, their mission, their goals, or their organization.

2) Make a difference.

When you speak, consider may be the information delivered so it will create change that may inspire someone making a improvement in their particular or someone else's life or employment. Consider will what you may are sharing develop a feeling of pride, joy, or financial outcome which is higher they started with should they assume responsibilty to take action. Motivating individuals to stay stagnant may not be motivational, so take into consideration how much of an event or corporate planner would desire. They need their audience to complete and say and possess more! Therefore, function as person that makes that improvement in the lives of others.

3) Enrich lives.

When you speak, you should ultimately wish to have the people in the audience to gain the information to enrich their knowledge, their banking accounts, their social connection, their love for others, their respect for themselves, and so on. Every one of these examples is simply one form of enrichment, just how can you enrich others. If they only feel much better when you're done speaking, that, too, is enrichment.
