Lunch breaks are supposed to be a time where the body and mind would relax without having to be interrupted by anything that is work-related.

You should also consider the type of the person you are going to interact with when thinking of your topic or subject. Know as much as possible those topics that would draw their interest. The subject of sports, athletics or fitness would be a great subject or topic for people who seem fit or sporty.

With an excellent topic that would match the people you are trying to talk to, you are able to start a conversation in no time. As you progress through your conversation, introduce yourself and try to tell a bit of details about yourself. Of course, be sure to ask them as well as a form of kind gesture.
